Sales Order Processing
3EX.NET enables rapid order entry and true process automation delivering exceptional customer service.
Whilst most systems provide a standardised method of entering, picking and dispatching orders, 3EX.NET is capable of replicating and enhancing established business processes.
This is achieved using freely definable workflows. Workflows consist of stages such as back orders or awaiting picking. Stages are then linked using process rules, which determine how a transaction navigates through the workflow stages from start to finish.
The beauty of mapping stages and process rules specifically tailored ro your business, is that a majority of transactions can then be through processed without any human intervention other than the physical pick and pack of goods.
Any transactions requiring human input are isolated and assigned to stages from where the users responsible can be instantly messaged using productivity sofware such as outlook or sharepoint.
